Brand Governance

Executive Keynote

The Leadership Discipline Hiding in Plain Sight

In an era when trust, reputation, and enterprise value are increasingly
shaped by leadership decisions,
this provocative keynote challenges
CEOs, boards, and executive leadership teams to rethink brand as a leadership discipline—not a marketing function.

Most organizations invest heavily in managing their brands, yet few examine how leadership decisions strengthen—or quietly undermine—the promises those brands make. Drawing on more than thirty years advising organizations, Kevin Walker introduces a practical framework that reframes brand governance as a core leadership discipline.
